Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, restocks, or unforeseen delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
- Shipping time begins after order processing is complete
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
Once your order has shipped, Rebuild Him is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Customs delays are not included in estimated delivery times
Rebuild Him is not responsible for packages delayed, held, rejected, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products are legal for import into their country.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused packages
are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping fees will apply if reshipment is requested.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Rebuild Him is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure delivery location.
Shipping Delays & Refund Policy
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

No Chargeback & Fraud Protection Policy
By placing an order with Rebuild Him, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Customers agree to contact Rebuild Him directly at Rebuildhimbitters@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their bank or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.
Fraud Prevention Measures:
Rebuild Him actively monitors all transactions for fraud and abuse.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud
- Request additional verification before processing an order
- Block customers who attempt chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent claims
- Report fraudulent activity to payment processors and relevant authorities
Evidence Submission
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Rebuild Him will submit all relevant evidence, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmation and receipts
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information
- Delivery confirmation from the carrier
- IP address, billing/shipping match data, and transaction logs
This information will be used to contest the chargeback.
Chargeback Abuse
Customers who file false claims, including “item not received” when tracking shows delivery, will be considered engaging in chargeback fraud.
Such activity may result in:
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Cancellation of pending or future orders
- Legal action where applicable
No Refunds for Chargebacks
Once a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
- Any ongoing support is immediately terminated
- The order becomes non-refundable
- The customer forfeits any right to replacement or reshipment
